Alignment Coaching
Alignment coaching is a transformative journey towards inner harmony and self-discovery by way of learning how to embody our higher-Self.
With a focus on aligning thoughts, actions, and values, alignment coaching facilitates profound shifts in mindset and behavior. It's a holistic approach that cultivates authenticity, resilience, and fulfillment in every aspect of one’s life.
My expertise lies in uncovering the hidden beliefs and underlying stories that influence and mold behavior, health, relationships, and performance. My intention is to help you to realize the truth of who you are, which lies beyond the story and programmed beliefs that you carry.
3 Month Commitment Program
The 3 Month Commitment program is designed to provide personalized coaching and guidance to help individuals transition from personality-based (ego) living to soul-based living, while also addressing specific needs and issues that present as a result of current levels of consciousness.
The program includes a once a week hour-long coaching session (via Zoom), and one 30 minute follow up call later in the week with me during mutually agreed upon time slots.
You can text me anytime if an issue arises that you feel you need support with (or with any question you may have). I will respond within 24 hours (usually much quicker).
If any appointments need to be rescheduled due to conflict or other commitments, not to worry, the session will be added back to your calendar. You are guaranteed to receive all of your sessions.
After completing the program, clients are welcome to continue on a month-to-month basis to refine what they have learned, and to dive deeper into the process of Self-discovery.

Deep Immersion
The Deep Immersion program is an adjunct program, combining Alignment Coaching, Energy Medicine, and Tantric Massage (if applicable) into one synergistic experience. I offer single day, 3, 5 and 7 day formats (with longer formats available depending on my availability), all of which are facilitated within your home environment.
This is an opportunity to undergo a profound transformation in a condensed timeframe. This offering is tailored for those eager to elevate their journey both on a soul, and at a performance level, and who feel would benefit from having direct insight and in-person accountability and support.
Together we embark on a journey where we explore every facet of your life; from your daily routines to your relationships, habits, beliefs and behaviors, to identify what serves you and what doesn't, offering clarity and insight into areas ripe for growth and improvement.
We delve into realms of deeper emotional intelligence and presence, facilitating newfound perspectives and realizations, while working together to unlock your potential by incorporating new skills, awarenesses, and healthy habits.

Group Coaching
Group coaching is a powerful format because we tend to be able to see ourselves in a different lense, through the experiences of others due to the mirror effect. You’ll find more details of my Virtual Group Coaching below:
Location: Online
Size: 4 - 6 People
Group: Everyone will be coached by me, and you can either create your own group or join one.
Duration: We meet virtually one day a week for two hours, for four weeks.
Recording: The day will be recorded for you to access at anytime.
Price: The coaching is $1,500 USD per person.
Polarity Therapy
Polarity therapy, considered to be a complete holistic healthcare system, was developed by Dr. Randolph Stone (1890-1981). Dr. Stone was a naturopath, osteopath, and chiropractor who sought to integrate Eastern and Western healing modalities such as Ayurveda, reflexology, acupressure, craniosacral balancing, and yoga.
Polarity therapy works with life energy in all of its forms. Using a comprehensive system of hands-on and hands-off bodywork techniques, verbal counseling, exercise, toning and nutritional guidance, Polarity therapy seeks to bring the body, mind, emotions, and spirit into a state of homeostasis, or neutrality.
When the physical body and its energetic field are in a state of neutrality, source energy and life energy flows unobstructed, and the opportunity to create a new reality can then present itself.
Craniosacral Unwinding
Craniosacral therapy is a complimentary, adjunctive therapy to Polarity therapy. The work seeks to reorganize life force energy as a means to initiate a healing process.
Trauma, disease and dis-ease are stored within the human cellular matrix. As the client’s life energy starts to become reorganized, so do their human tissues, as well as one’s own consciousness. The effects of which can lead to a revitalization of the cellular matrix, which in turn initiates the forward momentum of life energy, and the manifestation of new opportunities for expansion, healing, and growth.
Polarity/Craniosacral Unwinding sessions are 60-90 minutes in length, and the energetic exchange is $300 per session. All energy medicine sessions are in-person. Tantric Massage
Tantric massage, as practiced in the context of Kashmir Shaivism, emerges as a sacred and transformative exploration of the interplay between spiritual energy and physical well-being. Rooted in the profound teachings of Kashmir Shaivism, a mystical and esoteric tradition, tantric massage is a sacred art that seeks to awaken the dormant spiritual energy, known as Kundalini, residing at the base of the spine.

Kashmir Shaivism, a rich philosophical tradition, provides the spiritual foundation for tantric massage, emphasizing the divine union of Shiva and Shakti energies. Practitioners of tantric massage in this tradition approach their work with reverence and mindfulness, viewing the body as a sacred temple of divine energy.
The massage itself is a fusion of skillful touch, breath work, and guided energy flow, creating a harmonious dance between the physical and spiritual dimensions.
